The hotel offers spacious modern rooms that enhance comfort.

The location is far from the city center. I found the staff unfriendly and unhelpful.

Varied and good breakfast to star a day with bacon and eggs, to pastries plus eggs...

The service was good, including a rich breakfast with powered drinks, to bacon and juices. The room was newly decorated and with beautiful views of the mountains.

The best and worst parts

Cleanliness was perfect, and the wine selection was really good. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel's location was far from the city center. Room service was also slow and came with additional charges.

Private parking, clean spacious room, close to the airport.

1) Our dinner waiter was superb. 2) The quality of the dinner meal was excellent. 3) The Air Conditioning in the room worked well. 4) The breakfast buffet lived up to advertised expectations.

1) We could not have lunch at the hotel because a motorcycle group had the dining area for a buffet. 2) Then, the desk clerk sent us on a wild goose chase - assuring us there were restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. There are not. We did find a grocery store. 3) The location was advertised as just off the highway. It was not. 4) The location was advertised as 4 kilometers from downtown Florence. It was twice that and took about 30 minutes to get there and back.

Parking was a huge bonus! The spacious room. The location was well-connected to historical sites and attractions.

While the breakfast was adequete, it lacked the variety a hotel of this stature should offer. I'm appalled I had to pay for pool access-where's the complimentary treatment for special guests like me? The staff seemed to be looking at me suspiciously, I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

no complains at all, very lovely stay for easter holidays. satisfactory breakfast, overall clean hotel, excellent and perfect location in close proximity to the city center. location just next door to the airport and the station "firenze rifredi " as well as the restaurant below. besides, easy to get to palazzo di giustizia.

The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and I found the spacious room very comfortable. The hotel offers free parking, easy for my travels around the area.

Limited dining options and poor service.

The staff was not supportable, eg: we needed twin beds but the staff could not do so until the next day.

We had a fantastic time, especially enjoying having breakfast on site each morning and the relief of cooling off in the pool during a major heat wave. The garden area and sun loungers were perfect for relaxation after a busy day. Just a heads up, room service does come with a small charge, but overall it didn’t spoil our enjoyment! 😊

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, good parking (possibility to leave car in front of hotel, but there is a garage also). Room was large, clean. Internet worked good. Breakfast good. Lift from garage. Can recommend this hotel.

Nothing to do witht he hotel, but... we were there on 30td of april; seems to be White Night in Florence. The musea are open during the evening and night with free entrance. That is nice to know, not nice is that the bus doesnt drive from the centre anymore after 20.00 o'clock on White Night. We had some problems coming back to the hotel, because the hotel is in an industrial area. It is just that u know!
